VIRTUAL CARE CORNER: TIPS FOR USING ONLINE THERAPY FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH
If you’re feeling anxious or depressed, or you are struggling to manage day-to-day activities, help is available. The Trust offers virtual care with licensed mental health providers for PPO Plan participants. These programs are confidential, and fully paid for by the Trust.

- Minimize distractions.
- Be honest.
- Take advantage of other resources like health coaching between sessions.
