Sound Support is a revolutionary benefit program—fully paid for by the Trust—to give Sound Health & Wellness Trust participants and their eligible dependents direct access to the medical expertise, information and support you need.
Depending on your responses on your Personal Health Assessment, you may be contacted by phone or mail to participate in a number of voluntary Sound Support programs to help you improve your health and wellness. Of course, you may also sign up at any time, without being contacted first.
Sound Support services are provided by independent service providers. Any information you share is completely confidential, protected by federal law, and cannot be shared with the Trustees, your union or your employer without your permission. It also cannot be used to determine or deny healthcare coverage.
