Find Vision Care
With the Kaiser Permanente plan, when you choose in-network care, you get access to providers at all Kaiser Permanente facilities. Or you can see any licensed provider you want for most covered services.

To find in-network providers for optometry or ophthalmology, search for doctor, enter your zip code and put either optometry or ophthalmology in the key words field.
