Sound Support is a revolutionary benefit program—fully paid for by the Trust—to give Sound Health & Wellness Trust participants and their eligible dependents direct access to the medical expertise, information and support you need.
Sound Support services are provided by Kaiser Permanente and other independent service providers, not by the Trust. Any information you share with any one of the Sound Support programs is completely confidential, protected by federal law, and cannot be shared with the Trustees, your union or your employer without your permission. It also cannot be used to determine or deny healthcare coverage.
Depending on your responses on your annual Health Profile, you may be contacted by phone or mail to participate in a number of voluntary wellness programs to help you improve your health and wellness. Of course, you may also sign up at any time, without being contacted first.
