The Trust offers multiple ways to access the care you need for yourself and your covered family members without going to the doctor’s office. Whether it’s by phone, chat, or video, you can get confidential medical care wherever it’s most convenient for you. Take advantage of one of these unique services when you can’t — or don’t want to — leave the house.
THE CONSULTING NURSE HELPLINE
The Consulting Nurse Helpline gives you direct access to trained registered nurses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Call any time and knowledgeable, experienced nurses will confidentially help you find reliable information so you can make informed healthcare decisions.

PHONE AND ONLINE CARE OPTIONS
- Phone appointments: schedule a time to talk with your current provider over the phone.
- Care Chat: Chat with a Kaiser Permanente provider online 24/7 to get immediate treatment, and prescriptions, if necessary.
- E-Visits: Get a personal care plan or common prescriptions any day of the week by filling out a short questionnaire. A provider will respond between 9 a.m – 9 p.m.

FEELING ANXIOUS OR DEPRESSED DURING THIS PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY?
You can call the KPWA Mental Health Access Center at 1-888-287-2680 or (206) 901-6300 to schedule a phone or video visit. A trained clinician will ask a few questions, and help match you with a counselor or other specialist.
