Break Free From Tobacco

Tobacco isn’t just bad for your health, it can seriously impact your wallet, your family’s health, and your social life. There are a lot of reasons to quit tobacco: it’s bad for your health and can complicate other conditions; it’s expensive and takes a bite out of your monthly budget; second hand smoke is dangerous and puts your family and friends at risk, and more.

Whatever your reasons, if you are tired of being tied to tobacco and ready to quit, the Trust is here to help support you with voluntary and confidential Quit Tobacco programs. Available to all participants and their eligible spouse 18 years of age or older, the programs are fully paid for by the Trust, and include possible nicotine replacement therapy (if prescribed).
