The Trust offers multiple ways to access the care you need for yourself and your covered family members without going to the doctor’s office. Whether it’s by phone, chat, or video, you can get confidential medical care wherever it’s most convenient for you. Take advantage of one of these unique services when you can’t — or don’t want to — leave the house.
PPO Plan Participants
Medical Care:
Doctor On Demand™ is a confidential virtual medical care service available 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Doctor On Demand physicians can treat a wide variety of the most common non-emergency health conditions, such as colds, the flu, migraines, urinary tract infections, allergies, and more. Virtual visits with your primary care physician are also covered by the Trust. Check with your regular doctor to see if they offer phone and video options.
The Trust’s Nurse Line gives you direct access to trained registered nurses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Call any time and knowledgeable, experienced nurses will confidentially help you find reliable information so you can make informed healthcare decisions. Mental Health Care:
Doctor On Demand’s diverse team of licensed psychiatrists and psychologists can provide the emotional support you need from the privacy and comfort of home. How to get care: visit the Doctor On Demand webpage to sign up.
Kaiser Permanente Plan Participants

Kaiser Phone and Online Care Options:
- Phone appointments: schedule a time to talk with your current provider over the phone.
- Care Chat: Chat with a Kaiser Permanente provider online 24/7 to get immediate treatment, and prescriptions, if necessary.
- E-Visits: Get a personal care plan or common prescriptions any day of the week by filling out a short questionnaire. A provider will respond between 9 a.m – 9 p.m.

Mental Health Care:
You can call the KPWA Mental Health Access Center at 1-888-287-2680 or (206) 901-6300 to schedule a phone or video visit. A trained clinician will ask a few questions, and help match you with a counselor or other specialist.
