Take control of your health and your wallet by funding your 2027 HRA!

The Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) provides extra funds to cover eligible medical expenses before you pay your deductible—and any unused funds roll over to help with future healthcare costs.

You can earn up to $500 (employee-only) or $1,000 (family) in HRA funding by completing your annual Health Assessment, along with completing health related actions.

Here are just a few examples of how you can fund your HRA this year:

Complete your annual Personal Health Assessment or Health Profile to unlock your HRA funding!
Get your annual physical, including preventive screenings
Stay current on your immunizations, including flu shot, and COVID-19 vaccine and booster
Stay active by attending a LiveWell Fit event, or going to the gym regularly
Participate in one of the many Sound Support programs the Trust offers like Wondr, Health Coaching, or Quit Tobacco programs
Make friends and support the health and wellbeing of your co-workers by joining the Wellness Volunteer Network
Take care of your teeth by getting two dental preventive exams over a 15-month period. Note: newly eligible participants will only have to get one visit to receive funding.
