• Flu shots protect high-risk groups, like children and people with chronic conditions, from complications and hospital time.
• Eligible plan participants and their covered dependents can receive $0 co-pay flu shots and COVID-19 vaccines, with coverage subject to plan limitations.

To find an in-network doctor or pharmacy location near you, visit your Benefits page and select Annual Flu Shot. If you get your annual flu shot before Dec. 31, 2024, you can earn up to $200 in 2025 Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) funding, if eligible.

Kaiser Plan Participants
