Drugs in this tier require no co-pay, they have been proven to be safe and effective for many people, and they provide similar benefits to other more expensive brand and generic drugs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">When you have a physician\u2019s prescription for the following Tier 0 drugs and have them filled at a Trust Custom Network Pharmacy, you pay nothing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p4\">Cholesterol lowering medications (Simvastatin\u2009\u2014\u2009all strengths and Rosuvastatin calcium\u2009\u2014\u2009only 5 mg &amp; 10 mg)<\/li>\n<li class=\"p4\">Proton pump inhibitor (Omeprazole)<\/li>\n<li class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Non-sedating antihistamines (Loratadine and Loratadine D)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p5\">Treatment of diabetes (Metformin and Lancets)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p6\"><strong>Certain other medications and vaccinations may be covered under Tier 0, such as influenza and COVID vaccines, which are also covered with zero copay.
