Eat What You Love And Improve Your Health
The Naturally Slim® program has the secret to lasting weight loss that doesn’t include starving, counting calories or eating diet food. The simple, online program helps you change how you eat instead of what you eat. Plus, it can help you reduce your chances of getting a serious disease, like diabetes or heart disease, and increase your chance of living a longer, healthier life.
Unlike other “eat less, move more” programs that use the same old diet advice, the Naturally Slim curriculum delivers common sense, real-world ways to help you understand when, how and why you eat, and then helps you develop a healthier relationship with food and physical activity – all while continuing to enjoy the foods you love.
Naturally Slim is fully paid for by the Trust for all employee Plan participants and their eligible spouses.
